On March 4th during the primary elections and later in the 2008 November elections the citizens of Bastrop County will be asked to choose someone to fill a newly created District Judge position.

My name is Ernie Bogart and I would like to ask for your support in being elected to that office.

As an attorney practicing in Bastrop County for over 30 years I’ve learned the law and gained the experience that qualifies me to be a District Judge. As a long time resident of Bastrop County I have demonstrated my commitment to community service.
